Kastner Food Service is first and foremost an "old tyme" butcher shop. We are one of the few that continue to hand-portion our meat, bringing you the taste and quality that only old world craftsmanship can deliver. What we do here at Kastner, is an art.

Because we hand portion our protein, we have the ability to custom portion our meat to your exact specifications. We have one of the first dry-aging rooms ever built in Western New York, and also offer an array of natural beef and Wagyu, the American version of Kobe beef. Kastner was the first in Western New York to receive accreditation from the Certified Angus Beef program (www.cabprogram.com), and in association with its clients, has been voted the "Best Steak" by the Wall Street Journal.
